    FRIED ICE CREAM

    Ingredients:
    Ice cream
    4 Eggs
    1 Cup cinnamon
    1/2 Cup Sugar
    3 Cups regular cornflakes cereal
    Wax paper

    Preparation:
Take your ice cream and create about 6 ice cream balls (each about the size of a tennis ball).
Put them on a cookie sheet under some wax paper, and stick them in the freezer for about 2 hrs.
Take your cornflakes & smash it until it looks like dust. (I put them in a bowl & used a bottom of a cup to smash it)
After, mix in the cinnamon & sugar well.
Take the eggs & beat them in a regular sized bowl.
After the 2 hrs, take your ice cream balls out & dip them first in the cornflake/cinnamon/sugar mixture. Make sure you Really push the cornflakes into the ice cream, leaving no bare spots. Then dip into egg mixture, then again into the cornflake mixture.
When finished, put in the freezer another two hrs.
When ready to eat, pull one out at a time, drop it into a deep fryer with about 350 degrees for 30 seconds.
It should be crisp on the outside & cold on the inside, enjoy!
