Why? Because most shared host (especially free onces) have it disabled.

i have used it on my website, but there's a limit on the number of bytes to upload. about 1mb sometimes 2mb.

it depends on ur server.

u'll just need to ask the admin of the webhosting if firstly the permit uploads, and about the limit for bytes to upload etc..

but do try to do the upload, it's cool once it works, like always :lol:
