I visit these sites regularily in persuit of understanding Flash fully :-

CBT Cafe (They've got downloadable videos but the voiceovers are awful)

They often cover the same ground in different ways but that just helps you to properly understand the how and why of what you're doing, eh?

Can anyone recommend any others for me?
