Ingredients
fish any fleshy one
2 - onions
2 - green chillies (as per your taste)
1 tsp - ginger garlic paste
1/2 tsp - tumeric powder
1 1/2 tsp - lime juice
oil for frying
bread crumbs
salt
1 - egg
1 - small bread
Method
1. Boil the fish and then remove the flesh, shred them
2. Cut onions, chillies fine, mix them with the fish mixture along with turmeric pwdr, ginger garlic paste and lime juice and salt.
3. Add the bread and mixture the whole ingredients properly.
4. Beat the egg till fluffy
5. Make small tikkis, then dip them in the egg mixture and then the bread crumbs and shallow fry them.
6. Enjoy with onion salad.
