cant upload files by FTP

when im trying to log in, it says:
An error has occured

Unable to login to FTP server haredim.bizhat.com with username haredim.bizhat.com.

Are you sure your username and password are correct? Please contact your ISP helpdesk or system administrator for help.

enter your correct user name and password. I think there is some problem . are sure about the size of the file to be uploaded. if size of the file is bigger than specified value then u can not upload.

you may try to upload your file through client ftp software like core ftp. it is free software..you may install it in ur system then upload the files through it
