First get into a diet regime of more liquids and less solids.. You can go for a heavy breakfast and medium lunch of 2 phulkas a 2 cups od dal i cup od vegetables... steamed preferably...

For dinner have fruits and salads and 2 phulkaas,,,

In between these you can have dry fruits or salads, water etc for hunger pangs...

Now regarding exercise.. i am not sure about your age.. You can try walking for an hour daily.. start slowly.... half an hour and then move it to 1 hr....

If you are into gymming good.. but make sure you go for it after your breakfast...

You can also do Yoga.. which gives flexibility too...

Start slowly and keep doing it on a regular basis for you to lose weight consistently...
