can't log into ftp

it has been a day and a half since i registered a free domain with bizhat. When i go to ftp://[email protected] it says i have the wrong password or i don't know i just can't log in.

I've been registered for about a montha nd a half (i think) and I was having problems logging in yesterday. but It worked for me today.
I don't know if your problem has any connection to mine, or if yours is something to do with bizhat...
if at first you don't succeed...

ya it says i have the wrong pasword or i can't log in but i am 100 percent sure that that is my right password and user name so i don't know. biz hat sucks.

It logs me out loads of times and stuff and dosn't even let me log in sometimes =/ .... But... Its not bizhat's fault!!! It' yours! Get a different FTP program and you will find it works fine, thats what i did.

Yeah, try using FireFTP (a Firefox extension). I had a lot of problems trying to get my first log in to go too.

hey guys

make sure u dont have your firewalls on. or atleast allow ftp to pass through it , even if ur using some ftp program the firewall may interupt you.

Thats what i learned from my recent experience.
i hope someoone gets benifiited by this little piece of information..
