i am an admin of a site using phpbb forum.

I dont know how to make a post sticky.

I enabled sticky privelage in the forum permissions but then also it is not working.

Please help me.


Also i am not using rank images currently.

But i want to use them. i have downloaded some good ones but how do i install them.

pls tell me how to install them.
