a lot of these tutorials are very good for web site makers to make there websites more interesting... I've used good-tutorials, and it definately shows in the final product. Unfortunately, many tutorials are for photoshop which can be a little pricey. That's what paintshop pro is for, especially if you cannot get the more expensive photoshop.

Also for web design, Macromedia Dreamweaver is a god-send for almost any type of web programmer, whether it be in javascript, HTML, SHTML, XML, PHP, or ASP.

it would very good if we can make some kind of chart or list for ourselves.
also, it would be very nice to specify which language are these website's in.
i run in to some site which at least is not i english, but the tutorials' images goods pretty cool.
anyway, i suggest admin to remove www.neofrog.com from the list since it's not really a tutorial place but rather a cheap search engine.
    or maybe a typo?
