I can't connect to my FTP server!!!

Help! I'm registered and everything, but my FTP program, AceFTP, won't connect to the server. I've made sure I type everything in correctly, as instructed, but the connection is consistantly "refused". Please help, so I can start building my site! :(

Please, someone help me! I love this hosting service, and I don't want to leave it, but I can't build a site I don't have access to! If nobody will help me, I'm going to have to try a smaller host like muggle-host.com or something. I don't want to do this, and it's NOT a threat, mind you, but if I can't get help, I may as well try muggle-host.com for a while.

So please, help me, so that I can stay here instead!

you can use cuteftp that is easy to u to upload .
set the ftp sever is yoursitename.bitzhat.com and your username as well.

Ive found that i cant connect quite often these last few weeks.
Something is happening, the server has slowed down alot.

But then other times its very fast. Oh well we get this for free so i should shut-up now :P

Site name : yourSiteName.bizhat.com :!:
User name : yourSiteName.bizhat.com :!:
Password : yourPassword :!:

Hi there!

I also have a tip for the unfortunate case you are not able to connect to your server.
By default, your FTP client state an anonymous login, even if you put every detail right when try to connect. Just tick this box out and try to log in again with your log in details. I use FlashFXP, and I encountered with this problem, but then realized it and now able to connect to the server with no trouble at all.

You must disactivate your anti virus program and fire wall to transfer files to the server! :idea:
Don't forget to reactivate your anti virus program and fire wall after tranfers are finished! :!:
