Default Can't upload file, says quota exceeded

I'm trying to FTP a file to the web site, the file is 20MB

My user CP says I have 30.42MB space left ...

    Disk Space
    Used: 19.58 MB
    Available: 30.42 MB

When I try to upload the file, I get the following ...

550-Quota exceeded: (FILENAME) won't be saved
    550-384 files used (0%) - authorized 100000 files
    550 40244 Kbytes used(78%) - authorized 51200Kb

I deleted some files and waited about a week before trying again, but still no luck.

the cp have always a bit problems
my bandwidth usage is always 0

    just look to your ftp
it say's you have 10 000kb space left
==> you can't upload the file because you haven't enough space :D

    Thanks for the reply ...

    "just look to your ftp

Where do you see that? I'm new to all this, not sure where to look for that.
