    Saree Care
    IMPORTANT


    01 : In case dry-cleaning is not possible , please follow these Instructions to avoid color bleeding and distortion of Fabric.

    * Use only lukewarm water and any well known brand soft toilet soap.
    * Do not leave the saree/material in water long time.
    * Do not rub , scrub or beat articles made from silk.
    * Rinse well in lukewarm water making sure that no soap is left in the fabric.
    * Do not soak different colored fabrics together.
    * Squeeze out water and dry the fabric in shade. Do not dry in Sunlight.
    * Do not use an unduly hot iron when pressing the fabrics. Do not sprinkle water over silk fabric before ironing instead use a thin wet cloth over the silk Fabric.
    * Do not treat with bleaching solution and avoid detergents.
    * Borders, Pallu and Body of the Saree to be washed separately (In case of Contrast Saree).

    02 : Do not store zari sarees / materials in plastic covers of cardboard boxes as it could damage the shine of the zari.

    03 : Silk sarees should always be covered with washed soft cloth while storing in almiras.

    04 : Never put naphthalene balls in silk sarees while storing, as it can chemically react with silk and zari.

    05 : If silk sarees are exposed to rain water, it is always advisable to immediately dry clean without any further delay.

    06 : It is not advisable to spray perfume directly on zari portion of saree.
