Reliance Securities, a part of Reliance Capital, announced on Tuesday that it has set up a call centre to provide customer centric services.

The 100-member strong team at the call centre, which also includes 55 people for call-n-trade set-up, will respond to client's queries, their requests and also assist them in placing trading orders.

“This call centre will help our customers in availing themselves our diverse range of service offerings while allowing them to trade in a hassle-free and time-saving manner over the phone”, said Mr Vikrant Gugnani, Executive Director, Reliance Securities.

“The call centre will help the customers find relevant information on the new trading platform and also assist them about the products,” he added.
