If you are using Internet Explorer as your browser:

    1) go to Tools>Internet Options.
    2) click Privacy tab, then click Edit button
    3) enter full URL of web site to be blocked
    4) click Block button

This will only stop cookie handling for the web site, which in some cases, prevents it from loading.

You can use the Content Advisor tab in IE, too :

    1) go to Tools menu and click on Internet Options
    2) click Enable button
    3) click Approved Sites tab
    4) enter full URL of web address you want blocked
    5) click Never button
    6) click General tab and select option you want from the User's Options
    7) click ratings tab and set your levels for each catagory if you wish to have control over all web page content
    8) click Apply button then OK button(s) to complete and save settings

Hope I got this right as I'm using Win ME and Firefox browser.

    Ron
