Problems with bizhat.com Uploading files!

idk whats wrong i try ftp:\\username.bizhat.com and it ask me to log in and everything and it wont log in then i said fine i download this ftp prg and it still connects but it wont upload all the files now I did it the long way also I went to netfreehost.com then login i logged in then i click on File manager it goes in back again in ftp:\\username.bizhat.com but now i have access to the files But then i try uploading the files and it asked me to log in again WTF.. didnt i just do that why why am i having so difficulty to upload all those thing. I know U've done it So plz help me what u use how u did im trying to upload the php-nuke

You can log-in only ONCE at a time.

I used to have this problem.
When I tried to upload my website. FTP always break down.
It came from I used free internet service.
When I have already changed internet service, no problem found.
This problem should be your internet bandwidth is not good enough.
