Hi dear,

It is very very simply.

1. read english news paper (editorial coloumn) regularly.
2. keep mailing regularly.
3. keep talking with yourself , but ofcourse not while walking or driving.

after 7-8 months you will reach your dest provided the above said 3 steps are followed strictly.
