I think Bizhat.
Bizhat free web hosting has no ads, no banner, no text link, and no frame ads.
I find good web hosting for a long time. Bizhat makes me surprise,though it does not have PHP support.

I can tell you one to avoid and that free.hostdepartment.com because its crap ! They are up and down all the time and just decided out of nowhere to start throwing google ads on member pages when it had been ad-free. No email letting members know or anything. Anyway, just needed to vent on that. I'm good now.

yeah... bizhat is ultimate... I used to be a great fan of geocities... but lately was so irritated about their popup ad windows. At bizhat, everything is easy and quick.

I used to using 100Webspace.com free web hosting.
It's fast and stable, but banners and ads frames from it make me irritate.
When I found Bizhat, it's surprise me with a good condition.
I like Bizhat.
