I think that - your error message, with timer is virus, or your operating system is damaged. You must reinstall your windows. I have this problem half age ago. You must install better antivirus and firewall.
The best antivirus software is Kaspersky Personal Pro, you can find crack on freeserials.com, and the bestest firewall is zone alarm. Download this software before reinstall your system, and find cracks on www.freeserials.com .

    8. Run Windows Update, and then download and install all critical updates.

Windows Update is the online extension of Windows. It is a Web site where the most recent updates for the operating system, software programs, and hardware can be found. Windows Update scans the computer and lists the code updates needed. It then allows you to choose whether to download and install them.

Note: To make sure that your current is up to date with critical updates, run Windows Update on a regular basis.
