Help me about ws ftp please

i use ws ftp but i dont know use it.i publish my web in host but not showes!after enter user,password and server address what i do to do? in right list added file but not correct!

Are you able to connect to the server? If you can connect to the server the list of the files will be autometically on your right pane (from server side), if you sill have problem you can contact me, I can help you with that..

when i connenct to my bizhat host i see an error that password and username is wrong!but i had resgisterd a web hosting.i dont know wht is it?

the problem that many people faced is user name...make sure that your user name has .bizhat.com too, not just your name it's included .bizhat.com too. here an example:
Ftp: YourName.bizhat.com
User: YOURNAME.BIZHAT.COM
Password: YOURPASSWORD

If still not working you have to fill the info at "forgot your password" :D
