Eligibility:
Candidates who have passed the final examination leading to the award of Post Graduate Diploma from Indian Universities which are duly recognized as per provisions of Indian Medical Council Act 1956 i.e. have passed the final examinations for Post graduate diploma on or before 30.06.2011 can apply for the Post Diploma CET examination in same broad specialty. A proof to this effect has to be submitted along with the application form for Post Diploma CET examination.

Payment of Fees:
i) Post Diploma CET Exam Rs. 3500/-
ii) Internet Downloaded forms Rs. 750/-

Deposition of Fees:
By Cash Deposit -
At any branch of Indian Bank (website: :: INDIAN BANK :: Your Tech-Friendly Bank) or Axis Bank (website: Personal Banking | Corporate Banking | NRI Banking - Online Banking at Axis Bank - Aapka Solution).
The fee as above can be deposited any branch of the Indian Bank or Axis Bank;
Pay-in-slip can also be downloaded from Website Welcome To National Board Of Examination. NBE copy of pay-in-slip is required to be submitted in original along with application form.
Banks are permitted to levy transaction charges for the above as follows:
Indian Bank - Rs. 30/- per Challan
Axis Bank - Rs. 70/- per Challan

Last date for submission of application is 15th July, 2011
