    Do consult your doctor and follow his advice,
    Keep your teeth clean,
    Make your quit day special,
    Put money you would spend on cigarettes in a saving box and plan for a treat tomorrow,
    Avoid going to places where you might find smokers,
    Do start exercise and try to be regular.

    Awesome Information, I just read a new way for quit smoking and i am sharing here.

    We know what are the bad effects of smoking, yet many of us still smoke because of addiction. If we know we cannot resist temptation, we should never indulge ourselves to activities that are addictive such as smoking. It is not easy to quit smoking, smokers somehow feel their body needs smoke, but the mere fact is, they are addicted to the nicotine. One way to resist temptation is to keep ourselves busy, especially our mouth, going to sports, and also we should have friends that don't smoke.

    Smoking is injurious to health and it may cause many disease such as lungs,throat or health center mouth cancer.So stop smoking by the help of any anti-smoke products available in the market such as nicotine patches,nicotine gums or nicotine tablets.

    Cigarette smoking is a big tread to united states. It can cause to a lower quality of life and loss of life. It is the number one preventable cause of loss of life. Cigarette smoking can cause to other organ damage, cadiovascular condition, cancers and a host of illnesses.
