* -4 medium beets
* -340 g carrots
* – 2 tablespoon lemon juice
* -1 tablespoon olive oil
* -black pepper
Methods:
* -Preheat oven to 425 degrees
* -Add chopped beets and carrots into a bowl and mix it with olive oil.
* -Spread out the mixture in a baking sheet and roast for 20 minutes until tender
