    I can open your site. I don't know answer for this question. You must upload your files on another computer (your friend's computer etc.)

    Try this.

    Well make sure you have an index.html htm or php.
    If you can't upload try this.

    ftp://yourname.bizhat.com:[email protected]

    really easy just fix yourname and password and you can upload all you want.
    Make sure that all your stuff is uploaded and directd int he right folders like <img src=images/img.gif> something like that would be really good and stuff.
    Please remember that stuff because it helps alot.

    Perhaps turning of a firewall temporarily could help...

    CFE_aAa_FeLoNy, I am just curious on this senario..when we access to host server by using ftp client and we use:
    address: ftp.bizhat.com
    user: yourname.bizhat.com
    pw: your password

    but when you access by browser it should be the same ftp address right?
    So I guess the correct one should be:::
    ftp://yourname.bizhat.com:[email protected]
    not:::: ftp://yourname.bizhat.com:[email protected]

    Am I right?

    uhhh..
    no.

    Did you try the url I gave? it still works.
    ftp.cfe-clan.com is a FTPClient Extentsion (Iguess you can call it extentsion).
    ftp:// is a url.
    ftp. is not.

    WHen you open it in a browser you need to use Windows Explorer as well, copy the files you wwant uploaded, go to the browser client thing (ftp://) and rightclick on the white background and push paste.
    It will start uploading.

    I understand that
    working:: ftp://sawanbanna.bizhat.com:password...nna.bizhat.com
    working:: ftp://sawanbanna.bizhat.com:[email protected]

    Both are working for me

    but the second one is what I mean of the address ftp.bizhat.com !!! :idea:
    what I concerned is when you use address on client software is ftp.bizhat.com , then when you access through browsers, why don't use the same address which is ftp.bizhat.com

    like I said just curious

    I dunno, whenever I used to login to http://free.bizhat.com/cp/

    I would login and have my mouse of FTP Upload thing, and at bottom bar it says, the url with:password init and @subdomain.bizhat.com
    Thats why I always just use the subdomain.
