Net profit jumped by 23.86 % to Rs. 71.89 crore for the quarter ended September 30, 2011 as against Rs. 58.04 crore in the corresponding quarter previous year.

Profit before tax grew by 12.04 % to Rs. 86.72 crore for the quarter ended September 30, 2011 as against Rs. 77.40 crore in the corresponding quarter previous year.

Loan disbursements grew by 28.06 % to Rs. 2138.63 crore during the second quarter ended September 30, 2011 as against Rs. 1669.97 crore in the corresponding quarter previous year.

Loan sanctions grew by 39.86 % to Rs. 3112.08 crore during the second quarter ended September 30, 2011 as against Rs. 2225.19 crore in the corresponding quarter previous year.

Total Income grew by 78.02%.to Rs. 588.98 crore during the second quarter ended September 30, 2011 as against Rs. 330.85 crore in the corresponding quarter previous year. Performance Details for the Half-Year ended September 30, 2011 as compared to the corresponding previous half-year:

Net profit jumped by 25.98 % to Rs. 137.67 crore for the half-year ended September 30, 2011 as against Rs. 109.28 crore in the corresponding previous half-year.

Profit before tax grew by 20.88 % to Rs. 174.10 crore for the half-year ended September 30, 2011 as against Rs. 144.03 crore in the corresponding previous half-year.

Loan disbursements grew by 25.44 % to Rs. 3693.04 crore during the half-year ended September 30, 2011 as against Rs. 2944.02 crore in the corresponding previous half-year.

Loan sanctions grew by 29.94 % to Rs. 5191.35 during the half-year ended September 30, 2011 as against Rs. 3995.15 crore in the corresponding previous half-year

Total Income grew by 72.59 % to Rs. 1086.87 crore during the half-year ended September 30, 2011 as against Rs. 629.75 crore in the corresponding previous half-year.

Net NPA stood at 0.26 % as against 0.44 % and Gross NPA stood at 0.97 % as against 1.07 %.

The company maintained its Net Interest Margin at 2.79 %

DHFL Board announced the merger of First Blue Home Finance Ltd. (FBHFL) with DHFL and has agreed to a swap ratio of 10:97 (10 shares of DHFL for every 97 shares of FBHFL)

DHFL launched DHFL Express - Home Loans on Wheels, a unique 90 day campaign to educate potential customers on the procedure of acquiring a home loan. The campaign is designed to reach out to the doorsteps of customers in the far interiors of Delhi NCR, Punjab, Haryana and Rajasthan.

DHFL launched a promotion campaign (TVC + Print) for generating inquiries from designated 105 plus tier II & III markets. Product TVC across 37 GEC, sports & business for creating buzz for DHFL.
