Account validated but can't login to FTP

My free web hosting was accepted some days ago. But I still cannot login to FTP. I read the FAQ but did not find my problem in it.

My site url is fcpe30.bizhat.com, so I try to FTP with these credentials:
Server: fcpe30.bizhat.com
User name: fcpe30.bizhat.com
Password: ****** (my member one)
Path: /
Port: 21

The log from my FTP session:

Cmd: USER fcpe30.bizhat.com
331: User fcpe30.bizhat.com OK. Password required
Cmd: PASS xxxxxxxx
530: Login authentication failed

What am I doing wrong ?
