    PHP is a language you can embed in HTML to make your site dynamic, sort of. :lol: With PHP, you can enable user-registration, polls, contact forms, counters, track visitors and lots more.

    As k.afka said, PHP is VERY flexible.

    WordPress is based in it and I highly recommend WordPress - both as a blogging script and a website script.
