Hi, I'm not very good in making any websites but i was hoping maybe someone could help me out a little...I'm helping my younger sister make a website for her neopets stuff and i was hoping that i get some tutorial help...anyone that has an idea what i'm talking about, pls...help?

and besure that your little sister is able to edit it her self :)
