    Green tea is good for health, I use to drink green tea twice a day. It is an anti-oxidant and helps in cure from cancer and diabetes also contains vitamin C in it helps in reduce weight and belly fat also good for skin.

    Green tea is very beneficial for getting quick abs and also it help us burning our fats very quickly...!!!
    It also controls body cholesterol level and reduces the factors causing heart attacks.. I use to take it twice a day..!!

    I like coffee but mostly use green tea. Green tea is useful for fitness.

    Green tea is very healthy for you So to use in daily life. i love green tea very much and very advantage for taake it. if you tried green tea is very good option and improves mental alertness.
