Well it's not so difficult.

When you upload a file, you will need to remember where you put your file and what name you gave the file.

So when you want a file to be able to download use this html tags :

Offcourse you'll have to change username into your username and downloadfile.exe into the right namen of the file.

Okay, you will have to find that file and then ZIP it with WINZIP. Then you upload it. Your link will be like http://user.bizhat.com/filename.zip .

Of course you can have it in .EXE and stuff.
