I cant login to my ftp account

hi good day,.... ive try to visit my site and now its working but i got a problem in logging ftp. I cant login to my ftp account and i cant download and upload my files.

I have same problem...

My site working, but i can't connect to my FTP account.
It say:

FTP Cmd :> USER glazba.bizhat.com
:> 331 User glazba.bizhat.com OK. Password required
FTP Cmd :> PASS [** password not shown **]
:> 530 Authentication failed, sorry
Status :> Disconnected by Server.

And also i can't go immediately on INDEX page of my site. First i see all my files and when i click on INDEX.HTM then it open HOME page...

Why?

This is the third day i wait...

I'm registered since 27 Semptember but i've never received nothing useful in order to transfer my files trough FTP.

How long have you waited to receive your password?

The password to use the ftp account is the same of the forum password???

i waited a day. im not sure if its the same. i cant remember.

I recived my password the minute I registered. I think you will have to register again because of server problems, just wit untill things get back to normal.
