Be glad when it all comes back up online so we can get on with posting and uploading our sites again.

I was able to use the ftp and upload my site and it was doing fine then. But now when I go to it it says 404 error. So I know the site is there just they who are hosting it havent got the index.html right yet.

you have to tell your visitors that the URL is
    mysite.bizhat.com/index.htm

    still down, it's a shame.

I manage some servers for a company in northern Colorado, and when we switched to new servers, we updated all of them first, then brought them online! The switch went fine, and the server was down for under 20 mins! not one person complained.

Seems that these guys have had a rough journy with this switch, i saw a few problems.

First, they bught the server online when only half of the information was on it, and then after they got all the info on the srever, the FTP was down, and after that, there have been problems, with files, and redirection. This could have been switched alot faster.

as i said, we made the switch, and the server was only down for 20 mins, that was all, no one complained.

Bizhat does not alow redirecting. Anyway your Bizhat URL is short enuff.

They will sure fix the index.htm redirect problem.

no, what i ment was that the youdomain.bizhat.com dosent take the user to yourdomain.bizhat.com/index.htm as it should...

This might be a server error.
