I have not been able to log into my ftp account since the server problems/migration, and I am still unable to log in today, two whole days after the announcement that the ftp servers were back online.

If you cant log in, maybe your account wasnt activated yet. You should be getting an e-mail with your account info before you can start uploading or logging in. I had the same problem then, until I found out my account wasnt activated yet.

this email is just confirm your account, you will get the email that contain your info about your account and member login after bizhat create your account completely...!

i opened my account months ago and have used it regularly since so i don't think it's anything about activation, unless it needs re-activating after the server switch?
