FTP access denied

hi all.

I've set up my account several months from now. It's activated and everything used to be okay until the server was down.

Apparently, the site is accessible. However, when I tried to transfer new files into the server, FTP access was denied.

I tried several times but it still isn't working. I'm able to see the files in the FTP server but whenever I'm transfering the files, it'll prompt me for password. I gave the correct one but it's denied.

I hope anyone would tell me the problem and solution. And by the way, I'm using direct transfering.

Maybe try a different FTP program? I haven't really had any problems like that before...

I am actually having the same problem. I have tested it out many of different ways(flash FXP, cuteFTP, windows FTP, and some others) and none of them worked. I think it has to do with the problem others are having also about the server being full.

Yes! I have same problem with upload files! Since I sign in a new account successfully yesterday, I cann't upload any files form my computer, no matter what software I tried, it dosen't work!

I need help please.
