I have problems with my FTP account! Admin Help!

Who can explain me why i can upload some files but my free space dont go down and i cant download files from tag a href , if i click on link download witch i create for downloading file, i get error :

Forbidden

You don't have permission to access /APACHE_http_server.EXE on this server.
Apache/2.1.4 (FreeBSD) PHP/4.4.0 Server at sasa.bizhat.com Port 80

but before you move to new server all this things works properly, and my free space on server displayed properly but now my freespace stay on 0 (zero) of my 50 Mb.

Fix it please.... !

I have no idea except that you can't download exe files from bizhat servers. Go and see the allowed exstensions list for more info.

Try uploading rarred file, and than try to download it.

i have some allowed file type's but i cant download this files from link, if i want download this file i need copy this link in my browser and then i can download! What happening with BizHat.com ??? Why this server dont work properly!
