HELP PLEASE!

OKAY I HAVE MY FTP SERVER CONNECTED TO MY BIZHAT ACCOUNT. oN THE SITE THERE IS index.html IN MY FTP SERVER WHEN I DRAG A PAGE I MADE IN MICROSOFT FRONT PAGE A IT SAYS A MESSAGE THAT SAYS"

I HAVE NO IDEA WHAT THIS MEANS. WHEN I TRY DELETING THE index.html THE SAME MESSAGE APPERS. I DOWLOADED ANOTHER FTP SERVER AND THE SAME THING HAPPENS. WHAT DO I DO TO STOP THIS AND GET MY SITE RUNNING?

i had the same problem

try using IE when connectin to the ftp and transferring files

also if you are replacing a file , delete the old one first .
