Do This to get rid of it

    1) Open Windows Explorer
    2) Click on Tools Menu
    3) Click on Folder Options
    4) Click on View Tab
    5) In Advance Setting Select Do Not Show hidden Files and Folders

If you do what cits told you, the files that are "partlly visible" wil not be visible anymore - but if you want to make them "visible" right click on the file, go properties and the new window will pop up. You will see "Attributes:" on the bottom, right - below that you deselect the box on the left of "Hidden" and cilck OK. After that, the file will be visible like every other.

    both the files are important..
    don't try to delete that..
what cits has told is right...
but thais is not happenin bcos of that..
this is happening due to u have not selected Hide protected operating system files [recomended]..
    to do that..
i'm usin xp as per that...
    1. click tools..
    2. folder option..
    3. click view tab..
    4. then make sure u have checked... Hide protected operating system files [recomended] option..
after this even if u have have selected show hidden files and folder option.. that system files won't be visible...

[let me know this helped u if not feel free to ask]

yup praveen is right...you shuldn't delete those files and most of the times MS dosn't allow you to delete them easily.
