50% html files- IS IT POSSIBLE?

hi.. i am neewwbie here ..but not to hosting..

so let me put my point...

I read in one of the ADMIN POSTS saying that account holders need to have atleast 50% of html files...

i consider it technically impossible..

even by least estimates..a single html file needs about 2 to 3 images to enhance the information there..

so i wish admin reconsiders this

really? where did you find that 50%of html, that insance, there is noway to upload 50% of html files, if you could send me the link where you read it from and i'm very concern about this, for my webpage i might upload at the most 10htmls files and they each cost serveral of kbs of space.

let me know please, i mean it free and that good enough but requirement they idon't think i can meet

It is possible... But I sure don't meet it :p. I still have PHP enabled so almost all of my pages are .php...

Yes its possible, I do it all the time, I mix and slop my codes up beacuse it makes it alot harder to understand, and it gives the person who is sloppy with their codes big advatages over others.
