    They provide short urls.

That is if your web host provide big urls like

    http://members.host.com/area55/you/

You can use above service to get short, easy to remember url.

But many of the above short urls and lengthy :-)

personally, i dont think you could get any shorter than dodson.bizhat.com. bizhat is great, it provides you with a shortened URL, as opposed to geocities where its like http://geocities.yahoo.com/johanas/p...nhere/bob/YOUR SITE HERE.

I use the short url redirection because I sometime have to move from host to host. It's hard finding a good host you know. If I have to move my host again atleast my url that I summit and give out will remain the same. It's actually benefiting when you come to think about it.

Oh yeah...I don't like geocities too.

Thanks dbracing for the site. Looks nice. http://now.nu is also nice. It can make your url even shorter than the bizhat url!

    Example
    Bizhat: dodson.bizhat.com
    Now.nu: dodson.now.nu

    Haha.
