well, doing somthing like this is not easy at all. it takes very experienced graphic artists. I'm not sure what you mean by "edit this", but it takes years of experience for most. you could do it in Coreldraw, but probably in this instance Photoshop would be easier. I'm not sure if I quite answered your question though...
