The site isnt half bad, the layout is nice, but I am a perfectionist, so I always think this about most sites. That they might be slightly unorganized. I sorta think it is slightly unorganized for the front page.

I would center the picture, too.

Hope I dont sound rude or anything.

The site looks really good, just a tiny bit messy. Also, this might just be me...but I avoid cursor effects at all cost. The tend to actualy annoy the person on your site. =/
