SPYWARE!!!!

Hi, i'm new to this forum. Im also quite new to the whole web-programming biz, but i know some sticky tricks about some different software.
The ones who has written before me seems to mention all the good programs with A-ADS, but none as it seems to me has told you about deleting last used files and so on(correct me if i'm wrong). All you have to do is to go to: start-->right click-->properties-->classical menu-->adjustments-->delete files. (This in winXP)

Another "trick" for those who didn't know:
Firefox: Tools-->properties-->"the lock"--> there you can delete all the files downloaded to your computer by Firefox. Might often be handy.

Also try deleting some files from your windows/temp folder.

This isn't some 1337 skilled things, but it might be handy for oneself.

I think that Ad-aware is the best also SpyBot can come in handy

You guys should try Xoftspy. I combined it together with spybot & ads aware.

Well... as many of you I use the program called Ad-aware... I find it good and relyable because Lavasoft comes out with updates every so often so that your computer will stay up to date with the hackers out there.

If your having problems with spyware, i recommend these. Ad-aware, quite good, theres a free version if your really in need. Spybot S&D VERY great, completely free, gets rid of almost all spyware, CounterSpy not free unfortunately but it is the best one you can find. If you still have slow downs, its most likely a virus, get an antivrus like avg if you need a free one.
