i want to upload my site

I'm trying to connect to bizhat.com in order to upload my site,
but it doesn't connect me with the username i've got from bizhat,

I always get this error:
530 Authentication failed ,sorry

answer me please, if you can help :cry:

umh, don't know what's wrong on that...I don'thave any problem at all, I cann log on to Control Panel, FTP and through browsers ftp://sawanbanna.bizhat.com:[email protected]

you need to pay attention on user name..must come with you.bizhat.com

any ftp clent software will work, if you go to www.downloads.com and type in "ftp client" it will bring up a list of programs to use try and dl one that is free (on shareware).
