Cannot log in

I can't log into my file manager for some reason >__< it keeps on saying invalid! Is there something wrong with my account? Errhh it's kind of urgent!!

ya i have the same prob. i can only use an ftp program i can use the file manager on the web site you might want to try cute ftp.

it sounds like your account has not been set up yet, did you get an e-mail stating that your web site has been activated?? and it should also have your user name and pass in there.

"Invalid user or password",My FTP account is too.I think the web admin maybe have a mistake or this site not support FTP account.If it's this I will cry...............Reg on this site is a mistake! Because I need a site which can give me some webspace to upload files and support FTP accout.
