Prabhu Deva is on a mission. The actor-filmmaker, who is more popular as a choreographer, will take care of dance shows to be held during the 13th IIFA Weekend 2012, in Singapore from 7 to 9 June.

“He is taking immense care to ensure that all will be well. Along with an army of dancers, Prabhu Deva is practicing everyday for the show. Only after the completion of the event, he will focus on his directorial ventures,” sources say.

Interestingly, this is first time for Prabhu Deva to choreograph for an awards function. Also, this will also be the first time that he will perform at the prestigious IIFA Awards.

Prabhu Deva is currently wielding the megaphone for Bollywood film ‘Rowdy Rathore’, which is a remake of ‘Siruthai’. He has in hands ‘Any Body Can Dance’, (ABCD) a multilingual in which he will play the lead role. A couple of other projects are also in the pipeline.
