HELLO! did i miss something here??? are we talking about the same movie??? Narnia.
the books are great yes, the cartoon made back in the seventies was awesome... i wept as a kid while watching it and keep weeping as an adult.
Disney on the other hand, took all the heart put in the story and put it aside, and made a very dissapointing, childish, totally insensative, boring, unintense, low, discreative, very BAD movie.
there was absolutly no depth in the charaters, the sacrafice with the lion is nothing compared to the latter, and the battle scene: after "lord of the rings" our standards are a bit higher (and they did have the money to produce it!!!), but since they knew that the whole world will watch they didnt care.
i think its a terrible shame.
