Slow working computer

Good morning everybody. My computer is frequently slowing down; I have to defragment it; I have also to update the anti-virus; I have to repair the registry, ... Does any one know a specific software, cheap or free which could avoid all those problems?

I recommend the following.

1. Defrag your PC with Excecutive Diskeeper Pro v10.
2. Clean all your internet junks with CrapCleaner.
3. Repair your registry using RegSupremePro.
4. Scan for Virus with Kaspersky Anti Virus.
5. Scan for Spywares with Ad Aware, Spybot and Microsoft Beta.
