I host the scripts and space, your able to upload your own themes, and CFEHosting.net will soon have tutorials to how to upload your own custom templates to our service without any problems. These tutorials may be a little confusing so you should look at them carefully.

I do give out PHPNUKE 7.8 and PHPNuke Platinum (platinum is for major clans).

Also I host e107 which is right now my favorite CMS Portal. :)

Our server bought PHPnuke 7.9 and its still under development for us to release it for hosting, it will be the only phpnuke we will allow to let people have, we will not allow FTP Access because its a software you must buy to have so I'm only going to let people use phpnuke and not be able to do much more with it.

phpnuke 7.9 is still not showing up, until I find out the reason I will host my phpnuke requesters as soon as possible. Anyway its sofar the latest phpnuke out there.
