    Just right click on link and click on 'save target as'... This one microsoft site link.. that working fine for all .. :P :P :P :P

    Thanks to my ISP, i can know download at 200-250 KB/s.Yes this one do not restart your PC after installing it if you already have installed directx 9.0c, but if you are installing it from direct x 9.0b or older version then you have to restart. :)
