My problem was that I didn't have any space left on my site. I thought that I did but then I realized that my co-owner had uploaded some stuff to a folder in the directory, so I just removed some no longer needed stuff and it got right back into it.

although I am having troubles doing mass uploads, like I have around 100 image files that make up my site, and i have to load them in like sets of 10 to get it to work
