For hair loss and hair health, the main thing is diet and sunshine. You should take good diet and sufficient sunshine. Next comes, enough rest. And, then good blood circulation. If you mean real Yoga, all these should be addressed. If you meant Yoga Exercise, and meditation, last one will be addressed. Without first two, third is useless.
